The original YMCA built in 1929 is a historic
landmark and was in desperate need of renovations. While this $16
million project was under way, the facility remained in use and
occupied with residents. Delcard was contracted to overhaul the
existing mechanical and plumbing systems including upgrades to
existing rooftop equipment and new plumbing fixtures for the entire
facility including common areas and six floors of residential space.
