Delcard Associates performed the plumbing and HVAC
work for this 48,000 square foot addition to this hospital. This
large expansion included a new physical plant that provides chilled
water, heating hot water, and domestic hot water for the entire
hospital complex. A major mechanical upgrade for this Eastern Shore
institution with a new chilled water plant consisting of (2) 1,000
ton York chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping and new medical gas
equipment. Delcard also provided a complete HVAC and plumbing system
for the newly constructed emergency and outpatient wings of the
hospital. Plumbing work included multiple lavatory facilities for
patient and public areas and medical gas outlets for oxygen, medical
air and vacuum. |
