Delcard Associates was contracted to install
plumbing and HVAC systems for the new 100,000 sf., 18.6 million
dollar Kent County Administrative Complex. The complex features: A
large entrance foyer for visitors, with visual displays for getting
around the building and meeting schedules posted. A Levy Court
chamber which seats 200 people, nearly double the previous chamber’s
capacity of 110. The office areas also feature numerous meeting
rooms. The complex has an employee gym, where staff can work out on
their lunch break. In addition, considerable space is reserved for
future expansion.
