This project was the largest undertaking by
Harrington Raceway to date. It included a 60,000 sq. ft. addition,
extensive renovations, and a remodel of the entire facility for a
total project of approximately 130,000 gross sq. ft. The project
almost doubled Midway Slots’ gaming floor adding 2,000 games.
Delcard was also their contractor of choice in 1999,
when the facility went through a 37,000 square foot expansion to an
existing 36,000 square foot video lottery facility Delcard’s scope
included relocation of three (3) air handling units and installation
of six (6) new air handling units along with modifications to
existing casino's HVAC system and renovation to kitchen. The new
casino addition included a new HVAC system, bathrooms, bar and
complete kitchen. (Contract Amount: $954,482)
