This project is a 650 bed expansion to the Delaware
Correctional Center in Smyrna, Delaware. There were 16 new buildings
which included: 6 housing units, 6 supper buildings and 4
administrative buildings.
Delcard Associates completed all of the above and
below ground plumbing systems along with the mechanical systems.
