This two year project consisted of complete plumbing
and HVAC systems for a geriatric complex. The construction of this
425,000 square foot facility grew from the blasted bedrock in North
Wales, Pennsylvania to a 360 room skilled nursing facility (four
buildings with links) and a 48 room assisted living apartment
complex (two buildings). Project was completed in 18 months.
