Delcard Associates occupies a 62,000 s.f. facility which houses a fully staffed 45,000 s.f. automated pipe and sheet metal fabrication shop. Performing the fabrication in a controlled environment, assures maximum productivity, as well as the opportunity to have the entire piping system completed long before the buildings are constructed. This provides a huge advantage for meeting and beating project schedules.

The shop is equipped to perform electric ARC, MIG and TIG welding. The piping shop has the ability to fabricate butt welded carbon and stainless steel piping as well as high alloys along with copper, screwed pipe, victaulic and plastics anywhere from ½” to 24” in diameter. Our Mechanical Design Team produces 3-D Isometric and shop drawings that our pipe fitters and welders use for fabrication of spools/assemblies.
