Plumbing/Pipefitting

Delcard Associates was established in 1984 as a Plumbing/Pipefitting Contractor.  It has grown to be a full-service mechanical contractor.  There are many prominent projects within a 75 mile radius of Wilmington, DE have been completed by Delcard Associates.

Mike Perogine
VP/Field Operations Manager

Mike has been with Delcard Associates since 1987. He attended Delcastle Technical High School for Plumbing & Heating and completed his Plumbing apprenticeship in 1986. Over the years Mike has been promoted for advancement in recognition of his accomplishments. He is fully trained in the regulations of safety and health and is a certified instructor.

He also took the initiative to apply for his plumbing and HVAC licenses which required (and still requires) him to take difficult examinations. He currently holds all licenses on behalf of Delcard Associates (in some states a future requirement may be that he has at least 10% ownership in the firm for whom he holds the license, a current requirement in NJ). Mike is an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors’ Training Committee and also participates in Plumbing, Heating Cooling Contractors. Mike is responsible for supervision and mentoring the Superintendents and overseeing all craft labor, training, and safety.
