Delcard Associates’ Construction
Department manages all contract work ranging from $50,000 to
$10,000,000.
Delcard has a precise way they go
about managing their projects. They created a system, "a
playbook" if you will, called the Project Control System (PCS). This
system is taught to our team members through a series of classes,
which fully describes our systems, procedures, and polices for our
company. It begins from time we are invited to bid a project to
final collections of money and project close out. The
characteristics which describe a PCS is a
Repeatable, Trainable, Accountable Process. Some of the
results of having a formal system in place for all employees to
follow are: reduced risk, increased profitability,
accountability, an infrastructure for growth & expansion, improved
workplace harmony, accurate accounting data, improved productivity
and less inefficiencies
A successful PCS provides for
less stress, accountability, rewards for true performers, time
management, employees that “Make Things Happen”, more fun,
continuous improvement and PROFITS!!
