Delcard Associates, Inc. is fully equipped with the latest mechanical design capabilities. Their in-house CAD Department is made up of trained designers operating on the most current software and computer technology. They perform three-dimensional design and layout of mechanical systems such as ductwork, piping and plumbing.  Our downloading capabilities enable the fully coordinated CAD drawings to go from the computer to our sheet metal production machinery electronically eliminating the need for hand data entry.

All of the members of the team have a unique characteristic. They have all at one time worked in the mechanical trades, either as a plumber or sheet metal mechanic or foreman. This gives them the edge over most of our competitors because they can actually design while visualizing the installation of the end product. The team also works closely with the Architect, Engineer and other trades to ensure accurate and precise drawings. The team is knowledgeable in all aspects of building construction and project phases.

Hands on Career Show

Delcard Associates participated in Associated Builders and Contractor’s “Hands On Career Show” held at the Nur Temple November 9th. Delcard’s own Mike Perogine is the Chair for the ABC Careers in Construction Committee. It takes a tremendous amount of coordination to plan and execute this event and he and his committee did an outstanding job. There were 25+ exhibitors who contributed as well as the 70+ volunteers who worked throughout the day to keep students flowing from exhibit to exhibit. When the day finally ended, there had been 16 schools through with close to 1,000 in attendance.

Delcard’s sheet metal fabrication and AutoCAD exhibits were manned by Mike Perogine.
