Rick founded Delcard Associates in 1984, which later became Connective Services’ Mechanical Division in October 1996. In July 2000, Rick repurchased the business back from Conectiv Services. Rick started the company in a one-office facility, approximately 225 square feet. The company reached its five-year goals in three years time. Since then, Rick has been responsible for the growth and success of this organization, which has grown to 35 million dollars in volume. Rick attended Wilmington College in Wilmington DE where he obtained his BS and MBA in Business Management. He obtained an A.A.S. in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology from Salem Community College, Salem, NJ and an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering from Delaware Technical and Community College, Wilmington, DE. He is an active member of various trade associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors.
