Pat started as a member of our team in October 1984 as partner in the original Delcard Associates. He attended West Chester University in West Chester, PA where he obtained his BS in Political Science. He possesses over 30 years of experience in the P-HVAC industry. Pat has managed a variety of commercial/industrial/institutional projects over the years for key customers including: University of Delaware, MBNA America Bank, NA, Wilmington Trust, United States Air Force, Astra Zeneca, State of Delaware, in addition to numerous hospitals, churches and school districts. These projects have ranged in size up to $9 million. Most recently Pat has made a transition into our Estimating Department where he can provide an enormous variety of expertise.
