Steve has been a member of our team since October 1994. Steve graduated from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA with a BS in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants and is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Steve is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting department and for producing the company's financial reports. Steve worked for a CPA Firm for 6 years prior to joining Delcard Associates.
