Heather has been with Delcard since October 1993. She obtained her BS in Business Management and AA in Paralegal Studies from Wesley College in Dover, DE. In 1999, she obtained a Professional Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Heather is an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors. Heather grew up working in her family’s heating and air conditioning business learning all facets of the company. After college she was employed by E.I. Dupont Company for three years as a Cost Accountant. Heather administers all business insurance and employee benefits for the company. She is also responsible for sales and marketing activities which includes project pre qualifications, advertising and promotional materials. Heather assists the CEO/President with preparation of communications, contract execution and office management.
